The decision of whether games will be played is made by the Township of Middletown, in consultation with MUSC, after the fields are examined for safe play. The decision will be made no later than 10:00 am. Once a decision is made, it will be communicated to all trainers and parent coaches/managers. In the event the decision at 10:00 am is to play, then all games are on and you must show up or risk a forfeiture. After play has commenced, games may only be cancelled by the referee in the event of inclement weather or unsafe play.
